Within Greece

We ensure that your order reaches you in the best possible way. For the shipment of your products you can choose between BOX NOW & ACS .

Delivery time and shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method you prefer.

For express delivery and the lowest shipping costchoose BOX NOW.

Box Now:

Express Shipping in 1-2 business days and  receipt of the order from the selected  locker at any time of the day, 24 hours a day.

Enjoy the convenience and speed of Box Now, with  lower shipping costs regardless of weight.

  • For orders under €40, and regardless of weight, the shipping charge is €2.50.
  • For orders over €40,  and regardless of weight, shipping is free (*Excluding the islands: Crete, Corfu, Zakynthos, Kefalonia, Lefkada, Rhodes, Mytilene).

With this shipping method, there is no possibility of cash on delivery.

Receipt at a BOX NOW point

The service concerns the receipt - transport and delivery of shipments using Automatic Parcel Pickup Machines (APM).

  1. Select Box Now as the delivery method at check-out.
  2. Select your preferred Box Now Locker on the map.
  3. Upon delivery of the package to the Locker, you will receive a message with the PIN that opens the Box Now locker.



Acs Courier:


Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.

▪️ For orders up to 2 kilos:

  1. For orders under €40, the shipping fee is €3.50
  2. For orders over €40, shipping is free.

▪️ For orders from 2 to 5 kilos, regardless of order amount, the shipping fee is €5.30

▪️ For orders over 5 kilos, regardless of order amount, the shipping fee is €5.30  plus €1.10  for each additional kilo over 5kg.

In all cases with ACS Courier, there is an additional charge of €3.50 for COD.

Note: For orders with a total amount over €100, when COD has been selected as the payment method, we may contact you by phone so that payment can be made via bank deposit. This procedure is implemented with the aim of ensuring the security of the transaction and the smooth processing of your shipment. Thank you very much for your understanding and trust. 


Pickup from store

You can also visit our store in Petroupoli, at Thrakis 6, to pick up your order. Simply select the pick-up in store option during checkout if you place an online order, or call us at 210 300 7040 to arrange it.

Our store is a great place to see our confectionery products in person. We are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You can pay with cash or credit/debit card in store.


Cyprus

We ensure that your order reaches Cyprus with the best possible service.

Orders to Cyprus are shipped via ACS and the following charges apply, depending on the weight of the shipment:

  • €8.50 for shipments up to 2 kilos
  • €10.90 for shipments over 2 kilos and up to 5 kilos
  • €16.50 for shipments over 5 kilos and up to 10 kilos
  • €22.90 for shipments over 10 kilos and up to 15 kilos
  • €28.90 for shipments over 15 kilos and up to 20 kilos

Cash on delivery is not available for shipments to Cyprus.  The available payment methods are:

  • Debit / Credit Card
  • Bank Deposit
  • PayPal
