The discount rate of your coupon, privileges and rewards depend on the total number of points you have accumulated.
Bronze: Subscribe to the Newsletter
By subscribing to the newsletter you automatically become a Bronze member, You get a 10% discount on your first order and start collecting points.
For each subsequent order you get a 5% discount .
Silver: 25+ Points
If you have accumulated at least 25 points in the last 12 months, you are a Silver member and earn a 10% discount on every order you make. At the same time, you automatically gain access to exclusive offers and deals.
Gold: 50+ Points
If you have accumulated at least 50 points in the last 12 months, you are a Gold member and earn a 15% discount on every order.

Registration for the SweetBay Club loyalty program is automatic when you subscribe to our newsletter. You don't need to do anything extra — by signing up, you immediately become a member of the SweetBay Club and start collecting points with every purchase!
What are the tiers of the rewards program?
The SweetBay Club loyalty program includes three membership levels (tiers), which are based on the points you accumulate from your purchases:
Bronze : You automatically become a member by subscribing to the newsletter and get a 10% discount on your first order. After that, you get a 5% discount on every order you make.
Silver : With 25+ points in the last 12 months, you enjoy a 10% discount on every order and exclusive access to offers.
Gold : With 50+ points in the last 12 months, you earn a 15% discount on every order and early access to offers.
How are points calculated?
Points are automatically calculated based on your online purchases. For every €1 you spend at SweetBay, you earn 0.5 points. Your points are accumulated on each order and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Shipping and cash on delivery costs do not participate in the accumulation of points.
How and when do I receive my discount code?
Your discount code is automatically sent by email 1-2 hours after your order is completed. In case of order cancellation, no discount code is sent and the points are not added to your account.
How do I keep my points?
The points you collect are valid for 12 months. If no new purchase is made within this period, your points will expire and be deducted from your balance.
Can I combine my coupon with other discounts?
Yes, you can use your coupon even if the products you choose are already on sale on the website. However, only one discount code can be used per order, so it is not possible to combine multiple coupons.
What happens if I don't use the discount code on my next order?
If you do not use the discount code on your next order, the code remains active and you can use it on any future order. You can use one code per order, but your code is not lost if you do not use it immediately.
How do I upgrade to the next level?
To upgrade to the next level in the SweetBay Club, you need to accumulate the required number of points within 12 months of your last purchase. Every €1 you spend earns you 0.5 points. Once you reach the required number of points for the next level, you are automatically upgraded and receive the corresponding privileges and discounts of the new level.
Can I use the coupon in the physical store?
Yes, you can use your coupon in-store as well. Simply show your discount code to the cashier during checkout to apply the discount to your order. However, in-store purchases do not count towards earning points.
What happens if I lose the discount code or the email with the code?
If you lose your discount code or the email with the code, you can call the store at 210 3007040 and ask for it to be sent to you again. The store managers will be able to help you retrieve your code.
