Lecker's Organic Dry Yeast 9gr

Dry yeast from organically grown raw materials, without chemical additives. A nutrient solution from  organic grains, pure spring water and selected enzymes. One sachet of Lecker's organic yeast is equivalent to ½ cube of fresh yeast and is sufficient for 500 grams of flour.

Analysis packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Mix the contents of the envelope with the flour (do not dissolve it directly in liquid!) and, depending on the recipe, process the mixture with the remaining ingredients. After preparation and before baking, leave the dough in a warm place to rise.
