Masone Mannu Entu Rosso Sardinia Isola dei Nuraghi IGT, a blend of the varieties Carignan 60%, Merlot 20%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20% planted in soils with granitic sand. Deep ruby color with violet highlights. On the nose ripe red fruits such as cherry and currant with subtle balsamic notes, such as sage and mint, floral and spicy notes. On the palate rich, juicy and balanced, with harmonious tannins and a long fruity aftertaste.

Winemaking
Carignan 60%, Merlot 20%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20% planted in soils with granitic sand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (25 – 30° C), for 15-20 days. Malolactic fermentation follows.
Ripening
In oak barrels for 12 months and then 6 months in the bottle.
It can be aged for 8-15 years.
