Gran Rose Isola dei Nuraghi I.G.T Biodynamic Proze 2024 Masone Mannu 1500gr

Gran Rosé represents the rosé side of the Masone Mannu winery: an IGT Isola dei Nuraghi Rosato wine, produced from the Muristellu variety. This is an indigenous Sardinian variety, also known as Bovale Sardo or Bovaleddu, which is ideal for creating wines with strong character and deep color.

It comes from Muristellu vineyards, about twelve years old, cultivated in the Monti plains, at an altitude of about 120 meters. The exposure is southeast and the yield is limited, at 60 quintals (6 tons) per hectare.

The Monti terroir, with its sandy soils of granitic origin, gives the wines freshness and intense minerality. At the same time, the large temperature differences between day and night favor the development of complex and refined aromas.
