The history of Tenuta Mara is relatively short, compared to that of other farms in Emilia-Romagna. but the commitment, passion and study applied to viticulture have managed to make it one of the most interesting realities in the entire region from the beginning. When it was founded, the company set itself the ambitious goal of working as naturally as possible, applying the principles of organic and sustainable viticulture, for an intense product full of character that can best express the unique and particular characteristics of the land. The vines, planted with Sangiovese from meticulous local selections, are cared for according to biodynamic principles and are followed step by step, following the delicate balance of the soil and the microclimate of the environment. A continuous and arduous effort, however, that bears fruit.
