I Sas Isola dei Nuraghi I.G.T Red 2022 Masone Mannu 1500gr

The Masone Mannu estate is located in the Monti area, immersed in an unusual landscape of cork oaks, rivers, lakes and Mediterranean forests. The ancient Logudorese name “Masone Mannu” means “large property”, which in fact covers over 100 hectares, of which around 45 are planted with specialized vineyards. Since 2018 the estate has been the subject of a significant development project led by Giordano Emendatori, current owner of the Biodynamic Mara Wine Estate in Romagna.

I SÀS is a wine made naturally, from Bovale grapes grown biodynamically. Made from a selection of the best grapes from the vineyards. Fermentation in steel tanks at a temperature of 25 degrees. Maceration for at least 15 days. 12 months aging in first & second use barriques and further aging for 6 months in the bottle.
