The 200-hectare estate vineyard is located in the town of Galgon, near Villegouge. It extends on the slopes of Fronsac. The soils are mainly clay-limestone. For Bordeaux Blanc (63% Sauvignon Gris 19% Sauvignon Blanc 18% Sémillon) the grapes are harvested when they reach their perfect aromatic potential. Maceration of the grapes under inert gas to extract the best qualities of the grape skins, followed by a gentle compression break. Clarification of the must followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (18°C). Aging on the lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
