La Jalousie Bordeaux Rose 2023 Jalousie Beaulieu 1500gr

The 200-hectare estate vineyard is located in the town of Galgon, near Villegouge. It extends on the slopes of Fronsac. The soils are mainly clay-limestone. For Bordeaux Rose (64% Cabernet Sauvignon 36% Cabernet Franc) the grapes are selected according to their aromatic potential by tasting the berries. After removing the stem, they are gently pressed in a pneumatic press under inert gas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature (18-20°C).

Aging on the lees in airtight stainless steel tanks.
