Curry Paste with Yellow Peppers Chili Cock 1000gr

Curry paste with yellow chili peppers. Gluten-free, for Vegam.

In a wok, heat 2 tbsp. of yellow curry paste (or a little more if you prefer a stronger flavor) in oil for a minute to bring out the flavors. Add vegetables of your choice and stir-fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Continue by adding 400 ml of coconut milk and 150 gr of protein of your choice (such as chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu) and stir-fry well. Let it simmer for a few minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened. Serve immediately and accompany with jasmine rice.

Ingredients : Dried yellow chili pepper 20%, onion, garlic, lemongrass, salt, galangal, turmeric, cumin, coriander seeds, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg).
