High Protein Yogurt Bowl
You Will Need:
- 150 g strained yogurt
- 20 g protein powder (flavor of your choice)
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)
- 1/2 small banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 8-10 cashews (whole or coarsely chopped)
- A little chocolate praline of your choice (slightly warmed)

Implementation
1. In a bowl, add the yogurt, protein and mix until you have a homogeneous mixture. If you want, add 1 honey or agave syrup for extra sweetness.

Tips
- You can add whatever topping you want: fruit, nuts, or chocolate.

- 150 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana
- 150 ml milk or plant-based milk (e.g. almond, oat)

- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- A few walnuts

- 2 slices of bread of your choice
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 egg (fried, poached or boiled, as you prefer)
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp chia seeds or pumpkin seeds
- A little sesame
- A little lemon
- A few arugula or parsley leaves (optional)

Implementation
