▪ 1 tsp. turmeric powder
▪ 1/2 kg. ginger powder
▪ 1 kg. honey or maple syrup
▪ 1 pinch black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)
▪ 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions:
1. Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, add milk, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and cinnamon.
2. Heat: Place the pot over medium heat and stir the ingredients until hot, but not boiling. Stir constantly to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pot and to prevent the turmeric powder and cinnamon from clumping.
3. Sweeten: Once warm, add the honey or maple syrup and mix well.
4. Serve: Remove from heat. Serve hot in a cup and, if desired, add a little grated walnut or cinnamon on top for decoration.
