The company with the name "SWEETBAY IKE" (hereinafter referred to as "SWEETBAY"), hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Company, based in Petroupoli at 6 Thrakis Street, is organizing a promotional action (competition) with a prize of one (1) gift package with products worth a total of 29 euros, which will be given to one (1) winner.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms, at its sole discretion, to withdraw, extend or reduce the duration of the Competition, to change the prizes offered with others during the period described herein, without further notice and with only the formalities mentioned below.
1. The conduct of the Competition begins on 24/05/2023 at 13.00 and will last until 31/05/2023 at 22.00 (hereinafter the "Validity of the Competition").
2. The right to participate in the Competition is open to all natural persons over 15 years of age. The right and possibility of participating in the Competition exist only during its duration. Any attempt to participate before the start or after the end of the duration is invalid and void.
3. For valid participation in the competition, the participant must proceed with the actions described in detail in the section "PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION" below.
4. Participants are solely responsible for the complete and correct completion and submission of their information. Incomplete or incorrect or untrue completion of the participants' information entitles SWEETBAY to cancel their participation in the Competition.
5. All valid participations are immediately registered in a list (database) that SWEETBAY will maintain and the participants consent and give their prior consent to this registration. The unhindered use of their personal data, within the framework of this competition and the Law, is provided by the participants to SWEETBAY upon registration.
6. For the details of receiving their gifts, the winners will be informed by message on their personal Instagram account. During the information, the winners' details will be verified, the gift will be secured and the date of receipt of the gifts will be determined. The gift must be redeemed by 15/06/2023.
7. SWEETBAY may, at its absolute discretion, cancel entries, with the result that interested parties will not participate in the Competition, among other things, in the event that, in addition to the cases of paragraph 4 above, their information also contradicts the terms of this Agreement or offends the image of the company, or good morals, etc.
8. The participants in the Competition provide their consent and authorization to SWEETBAY to promote the Competition and/or its results through any printed and electronic medium chosen by SWEETBAY, and/or the INTERNET. Thus, SWEETBAY reserves the right to use and publish for advertising purposes the list of winners, runners-up and possibly use any news item regarding the Competition, for advertising purposes. Participation automatically provides, with regard to the above, the consent and assignment of the necessary intellectual property rights free of charge, without any financial claim or demand from the participants and without the payment to them of any remuneration or compensation.
9. Participation in the Competition requires unconditional acceptance of the terms of participation and entails the participant's subsequent waiver of any claim against SWEETBAY.
10. Any dispute arising in relation to the competition will be referred exclusively to the courts of Athens and Greek Law will apply.
PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
To participate in the Competition, a prerequisite is to select "Like" on the page maintained by the organizing Company on the social network Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/sweetbay.gr_/) as well as to post a comment on the relevant competition post. In order to be valid, the participant's comment must include all the information mentioned in the competition post on Instagram. The winner will be drawn via a draw that will be held via a mobile platform.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms, at its sole discretion, to withdraw, extend or reduce the duration of the Competition, to change the prizes offered with others during the period described herein, without further notice and with only the formalities mentioned below.
