Use: Dissolve in cold liquid, add to food during cooking and let it boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring. The action of agar-agar begins when the temperature of the food drops below 40°C. By heating the food again, it becomes liquid again. You can adjust the thickening by adding water or agar-agar. One tablespoon of sweet agar-agar is enough for 700 ml of liquid.
