The icing sugar of series «Easy» of Melilot is ideal for refrigerator/freezer desserts and cakes as it has great resistance to humidity. It is also used for 3D sweets, cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, fake styrofoam constructions, etc. It is very elastic and productive. It opens easily without sticking and covers perfectly large surfaces without tearing. It has a very pleasant taste and a discrete vanilla aroma.

Instructions for Use: Knead the sugar paste until soft and using a rolling pin, roll out a sheet, preferably on a non-stick surface.

Storage Instructions

• After opening, wrap the product in cling film or in an airtight bag.
• Store in a cool and dry environment away from light.
• No refrigeration required.
