Yuzu Ponzu is a traditional Japanese dressing, rich in umami, that combines the aromatic flavor of yuzu citrus juice with natural soy sauce and fermented rice vinegar. It contains cold-pressed juice from yuzu, an exotic fruit that resembles lime, lemon, grapefruit and tangerine. Yuzu Ponzu is used just like a vinaigrette! Garnish salads, vegetables and tofu, serve as a sauce with noodles or use as a dip for finger foods such as vegetable and seafood tempura.
