Clearspring Organic Rice Mirin 150ml

Organic Mirin is a Japanese sweet rice wine used in cooking. While most Mirin rice products these days contain sugar and preservatives, Clearspring's Mirin is naturally fermented with koji from plain rice, with a little salt added at the end of the process. Mirin is used to sweeten your dishes, while giving them a particularly rich flavor. Add it to stir-fries, sauces, marinades, dips and noodle broth.
