Solid product obtained from the evaporation of sugarcane juice with subsequent granulation and sieving, 100% natural. Rapadura sugar also contains vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6, niacin and pantothenic acid. Rapadura sugar can be used in a 1:1 ratio as a replacement for white or brown sugar in all types of drinks, baking and cooking. It is a perfect alternative with  notes of caramel, molasses, raisins and spices.
