Greenbay cocoa powder comes from raw cocoa beans Theobroma cacao L of the Criollo variety 100%, from the SATIPO region of Peru.
The cocoa beans are selected, washed and before being ground, they are disinfected using an organic method. The cocoa beans, after being dried in the sun, are ground in a millstone and then cold pressed are converted into completely raw, natural and pure cocoa powder. At no stage of the process do the temperatures exceed 42 degrees Celsius, thus preserving all the nutrients unaltered. It contains a multitude of nutrients, contributes to the detoxification of the body from heavy metals, enhances positive mood and feelings of euphoria, good cardiovascular function, stimulates concentration, revitalizes cells, while as a food it is tonic and alkaline.
