Brown Sugar Rapadura Panela Organic All Bio 400gr

The most raw form of sugar produced from sugar cane and can replace common sugar.  In its production process, the juice is extracted from the sugar cane, filtered to remove the fibers and then simmered at very low temperatures to remove the water and leave the grains. Ola Bio's Rapadura sugar also contains vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6, niacin and pantothenic acid. It can be used in a 1:1 ratio as a replacement for white or brown sugar in all types of drinks, baking and cooking.

May contain traces of nuts, soy, sesame, gluten.
