Ingredients:
- 500gr Sweetbay Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 175gr Eggs (3 pieces)
- 125gr Water
- 150gr Sunflower Oil
Equipment:
- Basin, whisk, silicone spatula, water jug, 30x12cm cake pan.
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 160°C-180°C on the heaters.
- Step 2: Grease and flour a 30x12cm cake tin.
- Step 3: In a bowl, weigh all the ingredients for the recipe together. Mix everything together with a whisk for 2 minutes, until the mixture is stiff, smooth and elastic.
- Step 4: Pour the mixture into the pan.
- Step 5: Bake the cake for 40-50 minutes.
You can use it to make Red Velvet Cupcakes or Red Velvet Cake Pops!
