Organic Black Couverture in Drops Rapunzel 100gr

The Rapunzel couverture drops will give your sweets a velvety texture and chocolate flavor. It melts easily in a bain marie or in the microwave and can be used as an ingredient in the mixture of sweets, as a filling in tarts or as a coating on cookies, cookies, cakes and tarts.
